Most of the equipment we design and build performs some type of assembly process. Our extensive library of designs allows us to reduce engineering cost and risk to our clients and provide robust, proven solutions.
When a custom solution is required, we are constantly asking ourselves:
- What is the goal of the assembly operation?
- How accurately does the equipment/tooling have to be based on product tolerance?
- How fast do we need to perform the assembly operation?
- Does the proposed solution meet our client’s ROI needs?
Often our clients’ products have never been assembled with automation and require intense study of product/component specific tolerancing and datum structures. Our designs never lose sight of these attributes.
